Hampshire County Council are currently recruiting for a permanent Clinical Lead within the Occupational Health team for a brand new re structure.
Role starting February 25.
Essential
- Registered nurse with a specialist qualification in occupational health and on Part 3 of the NMC register.
- Strong people management skills - must have experience managing a team.
- Experience of managing teams of professionals.
- Experience of delivering an effective occupational service.
Role Purpose
- To be responsible for the day to day running, managing and leading the team of the OH provision.
- To provide operational and professional knowledge to help provision of a high quality OH&W service
- To provide OH input to help ensure legislative compliance of the organisations
- To lead, coach, support and enable the OHA clinical team ensuring they are successful, achieving required individual and team performance standards.
- Represent and be a visible lead of the OH team in key project, business and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure that the team delivers a service to agreed standards, pre-empting risks and issues and suggesting mitigation's.
