Position: Clinical Deputy ManagerLocation: Chorlton, ManchesterSalary: £36,000 per year (depending on experience)Hours: 45-hour contract (excluding breaks) - Monday-Friday Start Date: ASAP

About:Our client provides a supported accommodation living environment for service users with mental health and/or learning disability needs. Their 16-bed facility caters to individuals aged 18 and above, both male and female.

Role Overview:We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager who is either a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). The ideal candidate will be bubbly, have excellent communication skills, be organised, professional, and confident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical operations of the supported living service.
• Ensure high standards of care are maintained.
• Liaise with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
• Previous experience in supported living.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional and confidence in managing a team.
