Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Paralegal - NU Staff Recruitment Limited : Job Details

An award winning Leeds Firm is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner/Paralegal with experience in dealing with Claimant Clinical Negligence claims. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the expansion of the Clinical Negligence department.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.
• Litigation experience is essential to this role.
• Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
• Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Experience of working to targets and KPIs
• Paralegals and Fee earners will be considered

Salary and Hours

• Up to £55,000, dependent upon experience.
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
• Hybrid work available immediately
