Clinical Registered Manager - Service Care Solutions - Healthcare : Job Details

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Clinical Registered Manager to support with the running and monitoring of a 27-bed nursing home for adults with varying physical and neurological conditions.

The home support residents with a variety of conditions such as cerebral palsy, brain injury, Huntington's disease, motor neurone disease and muscular dystrophy.

The Registered Manager is responsible in the running and monitor of the service ensuring it is effective with a clear focus on the performance of staff.

The successful Registered Manager will deliver a high quality, innovative and compliant service of others and will demonstrate consistent and effective leadership skills.

They will provide a professional and high-quality service that enables Individuals to reach their goals through empowerment and person-centred approach, always ensuring their safety.

Person Specification

• Degree or similar level qualification.
• Must have valid NMC pin as an RGN or RNLD.
• Preferably hold an NVQ4, QCF 5 or other recognised qualification.
• Working knowledge of CQC (Care Quality Commission) Framework.
• Willing to register with CQC for registration.
• Will consider Registered Managers or experienced Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead.
• Significant experience of operational and organisational management of a supported living or residential care service.
• Including supervisions, appraisals, managing a budget, knowledge of rostering programmes.
• Experience of leading a service to full compliance; experience of CQC inspection processes.
