What You Will Do: 

- Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Engineering teams.

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed timescales, ensuring high-quality technical support to external clients.

- Own and manage escalated incidents and requests, providing solutions that align with the company's standards.

- Engage in project-based consultancy, contributing to the strategic direction of technical solutions.

- Interact with VIPs, C-level executives, and administrative staff, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.

What You Will Bring:

- Demonstrable experience as a 3rd Line Cloud Engineer in IT service management.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and questioning.

- A motivated attitude towards professional standards and certification-based exams.

- Proficiency in Identity management systems (Azure AD, ADFS, MFA), and troubleshooting customers’ Microsoft environments along with mobile applications.

- Experience with Cloud environment backup systems

- A solid foundation in networking, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- It would be highly desirable if you had experience connectwise IT Services platform
