Join an award-winning team as they expand their cloud platform and develop cutting-edge apps for a booming customer base!The Role:Lead the Cloud team in expanding their SaaS offering, reporting directly to the Head of Software. You'll mentor and grow a team of developers, data analysts, and cloud engineers.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Cloud team, including coaching, training, and performance management- Oversee cloud software releases and day-to-day team operations- Coordinate development activities and manage subcontractors/suppliers- Support product roadmapping and ensure platform/cloud team success- Participate in code reviews and develop software processes- Ensure team understanding of technical standards and new featuresRequired Skills and Experience:- Proven team leadership and excellent people management skills- Experience running sprint-based agile methodologies- Track record of managing software product delivery- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Excellent organisational and time management abilitiesLocation: Birmingham (1 day per week on-site)Salary: £90,000 If this sounds like the next step in your career, then apply below or pop me an email at  so we can talk through the opportunity in more depth. Cloud Team Lead
