Club Manager- New Premium Boutique Fitness club - Greenford West London

Up to £40K+bonus + healthcare + other great benefits

We are looking for a Club Manager to help open a Premium Boutique Fitness club in Greenford West London aimed at affluent residents who value a high level of personal service and want to be a part of the fitness community this brand is building.

The company has ambitious plans to open more clubs, so the first hire is key because the club manager will play a role in their growth plans if the first club is a success.

The ideal candidate

• Well groomed, articulate with a warm energetic character who knows what great hospitality and service looks like.
• Passionate about health and fitness and acts like a great brand ambassador.
• Understands the importance of building a community within a club to aid retention and growth.
• Leadership experience within a premium/luxury fitness, leisure or hospitality operation.
• Leads by example and enjoys being on the floor interacting with customers.
• Happy to work a range of shifts including early/late shifts and some weekends.
