Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cutting-edge performance marketing strategies
- Create comprehensive, data-driven media plans to optimize marketing efforts
- Generate innovative hypotheses for business scaling and implement growth-hacking strategies
- Lead and mentor in-house performance marketing teams, agencies, and contractors across various channels (targeted ads, SEO, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, webmasters, affiliate networks, CRO channels, organic marketing, etc.)
- Continuously analyze marketing results to drive metric growth
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay ahead of industry trends
- Spearhead Brandformance initiatives
- Explore and implement new marketing mechanics and interaction types using media and performance formats
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Relevant work experience of 3+ years in an education/paper products/arts industry (experience with companies focused on developing their own brand of certain goods will be an advantage); experience in working with large budgets
- Higher education degree
- English proficiency (C1+)
- Proven track record in developing successful digital marketing strategies
- In-depth understanding of the e-commerce landscape
- Extensive experience with performance marketing and media placements
- Hands-on approach to managing performance placements
- Expert knowledge of web analytics systems and mobile trackers
- Excellent soft skills, including team management, problem-solving, innovation and creativeness for effective teamwork; strong, confident, and inspiring leadership skills
- Experience working in US and EU markets
