CNC Grinder - Late Shift / Near Aylesbury / £22ph + ShiftAre you looking for a new challenge with a leading manufacturing client? Do you have the skills and experience to excel as a CNC Grinder? If so, this is the role for you! Location / Hours: You'll be based near Aylesbury and working Monday to Thursday 2pm to 12:00am Requirements:

• Experience setting and operating both Cylindrical CNC and Manual Grinders.
• Ability to read technical drawings with precision.
• Knowledge of work-holding methods, wheel dressing, and best practices.
• Proficient in using measuring equipment to inspect your work.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to work to very close tolerances (aerospace standard).
• Keep up-to-date records of work.
• Familiar with CAM software (for programming CNC Grinding machines).
• Knowledge of different materials and their grinding requirements.
• Strong understanding of industry standards.
• Hands-on, self-motivated, and positive manner.
• Strong attention to detail.

Salary / Benefits: As a CNC Grinder, you can earn up to £49,920 (including 1.2x Shift Uplift).
