Are you an experienced CNC/Manual Machinist? We are working with a growing machinery manufacturing business who are looking to add to the business. • Using the CNC machine (HAAS TM3P)
• Programming new parts and updating programs using CAD/CAM software (OneCNC)
• Creating and updating job sheets
• Fitting the right tools to machines
• Performing proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories
• Setting tolerance levels and cutting speeds
• Cleaning the CNC machine, and doing minor maintenance
• Liaising with stores to order / book raw material, and any relevant consumables
• Operating industrial machinery, which can include laser and plasma cutting machine, servo electronic press brake, automatic sanding machine, lathe, pillar drill, bandsaw, guillotine, milling machine, and power tools.

CNC/Manual MachinistEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience within CNC or Manual machining.
• Exposure/understanding of CNC programming.
