Our well-established client supply a wide range of industry sectors, they operate across the UK and abroad! They are recruiting for a CNC Machinist with experience in setting and operating machinery to join their busy and dynamic team!

CNC Machinist Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensured the availability of correct parts, tooling, and drawings
• Accurately set and operate machinery, learn how to read G codes, and understand programming information
• Training will be provided for programming under the guidance of an experienced programmer
• Be responsible for performing quality checks, completing regular visual checks and by checking component dimensions
• Keep a record of set-up details, performing regular safety checks, and communicating problems early

The ideal CNC Machinist will:

• Be able to accurately set and operate CNC machines
• Have experience of working with FANUC controls
• Be able to read and work from engineering drawings
• Be willing to learn to programme machinery under the guidance of a skilled programmer
• Be able to accurately record production and raise any concerns

Monday - Thursday: 14:00pm - 12:30am
