Job Title: CNC Machinist

Location: Leicester

Hourly Rate: up to 16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday to Thursday (7:30am - 4:30pm) Friday (7:30am - 12:30pm)

The company:

A well-established design and manufacturer of automation and robotic solutions is now looking for a CNC Machinist to join their team.

The Role:

• To join a small machine shop team producing bespoke items for in house machine builds
• Must be competent at using Bridgeport or similar milling machine
• CNC programming experience

The ideal candidate:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritise workloads
• Experience of CAD / CAM a benefit but training can be provided
• Ability to produce components to the correct quality standard from drawings
• To use Bridgeport turret mill manual milling machines
• To be able to use Colchester lathes, pillar drills, band saws, linisher to achieve best quality finishes
• Experience of XYZ RMX 4000 or similar 3 axis CNC machine beneficial
