CNC Machinist - Matchtech : Job Details

Offering a PAYE contract initially until December 2025 with further extensions likely. Hours:7:30 am to 4:15 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 7:30 am to 11:30 am (Fridays)PAYE Pay: Ranging from £16.84-£17.92p/h depending on experience and up to 33 days paid annual leave.Overtime is paid at x1.5, with Sundays offering double time. Option to advance holiday pay £19.29-£20.53

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Training or Experience: Apprenticeship or equivalent training is ideal, but we'll consider hands-on experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
• CNC Expertise: Proven ability in CNC operations, with preference given to CNC Turners.
• Sector Experience: Aerospace or other regulated industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and recording results using SPC data collection.
• Measurement Tools Knowledge: Experience with Vernier calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, and screw plug gauges.
