Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team based in Chipping Ongar. • Full operation of 3, 4, and 5 Axis milling machines, from programming to process optimization.
• Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines using CAM software such as Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, or PowerMill.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance production efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience in CNC machining, specifically with 3-5 Axis milling machines.
• Proficiency in CAM software (Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, or PowerMill).
• Expertise with HAAS machines is highly desirable.

What's On Offer:

• Competitive salary: Up to £55,000 per annum with overtime.
• Hourly rate based on experience: £17 to £21.63 per hour for HAAS machine specialists.
• Overtime available at 1.33x, 1.5x, and 2x rates depending on the day of the week.
• Full-time, permanent position: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Fridays until 12:30 PM.
