Due to constant success they are looking to grow their close knit, friendly team.In this role you will optimise CNC programmes and support the manufacturing of a range of equipment, with on the job training provided.This role would suit someone with programming experience looking to develop technically in a highly varied role with overtime and a close knit team.The Role:

• CNC Programming / Metal finishing.
• Aerospace / Military products.
• Monday to Friday, days based & regular overtime (1 ½)

The Person:

• Programming / CNC background.
• Grinding / Finishing experience desirable.
• Commutable to Southampton.
