Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting and operating manual grinding machines (centreless), with the goal of manufacturing high quality, right first-time products. The ideal candidate will be confident setting and operating centreless grinding machines, and will be well-versed creating parts/components for high precision industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, rail etc.Grinding Setter/OperatorJob Description

• Set and operate manual grinding machines (centreless)
• In process deburring and Self Inspection
• Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards
• Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to

Grinding Setter/OperatorEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Previous experience setting and operating manual OR CNC centreless grinding machines
• Confident machining high precision components
• Well-versed making parts/components for highly regulated industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, automotive, nuclear, rail etc
• Strong problem solving ability
