Our client is well-established within the Manufacturing sector and are seeking CNC Turners to set up and operate CNC turning Fanuc machines to produce high-quality components.Job Description

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining operations and requirements.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each job.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC turning machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production processes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience of reading schematic engineering drawings
• Proven experience as a CNC Turner or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of G-codes and CNC machine controls
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality control techniques.
• Prepare FAIR reports and documentation.
