CNC TurnerLocation: LiverpoolHours: Monday – Thurs 7:30am – 4:30pm & Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm > 39 hours per weekSalary:£16.63 – £17.77/hr (Basic – Approx. = 34k to 36k) Subject to skills & experiencePotential earnings with O/T = 45k to 48kWho can apply: CNC Operators with Fanuc controls experience Benefits:

Background We have gone on to become a first-choice supplier to blue chip companies from within the Oil, Gas, Fluid & Power Generation Sectors, specialising in the manufacture and supply of precision valve & components. Essential candidate requirements:

• Must be time served (NVQ 3 or Equivalent)
• Able to fully program, set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc Controls
• Work from detailed engineering drawings
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems
• Previous experience with machining of exotic metals (super duplex, duplex, 718, x750, Hastelloy, Monel etc)
• Experience in a previous or similar position
• Good Planning and Organising skills.
• Good communication Skills with both peers and Management
• Attention to detail.

Preferred experience but not essential requirements:

• Doosan Lathes (8” to 30” Chuck sizes) (1 – 3.2m Lengths)
• Manual Guide Programming
• One CNC Programming Software
• C & Y axis programming / machining
• Programmable Steadies
• Valve and pump components
• Oil, Gas, Fluid and Power generation industry sectors
• Office 365 / ERP Systems
