Your Role:

As a CNC Turner, you will:

• Program, Set, and Operate: Advanced CNC lathes (Mazatrol and Fanuc) to produce high-precision, multi-axis components.

• Collaborate: Work with the engineering team to optimise machining processes.

• Maintain Standards: Monitor product quality and adjust processes for optimal performance.

• Uphold Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

• Improve Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• A*-B in Mathematics.

• At least 5 years of experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes.

• Proficiency in Fanuc and Mazatrol programming (an advantage).

• Strong GD&T and blueprint analysis skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
