CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter / Operator

Our client is an engineering expert that services several different sectors, including aerospace and nuclear! They are looking for a CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their team and progress.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting and operating various CNC lathes
• Create Fanuc CNC programs
• Complete machine set ups in line with company procedures
• Comply with component quality requirements and 'First Off’ process
• Manage machine maintenance requirements and complete daily log
• Ensure parts are finished and deburred in line with company standards
• Support all corrective actions, observations & reviews presented by the quality department
• Provide support with lean manufacturing programmes such as 6S
• Uphold company policies as directed by the senior management team

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years CNC programming experience
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management
• Pride in your work

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 16:00pm - 02:00am
