This exciting opportunity will allow you the creativity to bring the very latest ideas and recommendations to the leadership team, and the focus of the role will be on developing a programme of on-going care, coaching and advice to their early careers students. You will also assist in the design and development of apprenticeship programmes that are relevant and engaging and deliver these.

You will work across the business to provide bespoke solutions and play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of new approaches. They are looking for someone who can be creative with initiatives to identify interventions and programmes that are relevant and engaging.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing the team including the performance management and mentoring of a number of direct reports.
• Developing procedures and processes to drive efficiencies in the work of the team.
• Provide education to senior leaders and the wider HR team to ensure successful development of the programme of on-going care, coaching and advice to early in career students.

What you can offer:

• Graduate Development or L&D Manager with experience of managing a team.
• Senior Management experience gained in a large, complex organisation (ideally Professional services or Finance preferred)
• Designing and creating frameworks for learning, development, engagement and talent strategies.
• Strong experience of supporting change management activities.
