Eaton Syalon has been engaged to recruit a Collections/ Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Castle Donington. Do you have a passion for Customer Service? As the Collections/ Customer Service Advisor professional you will have a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Do you thrive in roles where you can manage key business accounts and oversee a variety of activities to ensure seamless operations? If so, this could be the role for you!

Key duties include:

• Managing a portfolio of around 150-200 live accounts

• Recording of all communications using a bespoke collections system

• Weekly collection forecast meeting

• Regular liaison with sales team

• Problem solving

• Working towards and understanding given targets

• Management of customer credit limits

• Provide holiday cover for team members

• Investigated queries and following them through to completion

• Other duties as requested by line manage

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong IT and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• A flexible and well-organised approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.

• Can-do, willing to learn attitude.

• High level of communication skills and experience of interacting with staff at all levels.
