Collections Executive - Page Personnel Finance : Job Details

Client Details

The preferred global embedded financing platform/fintech for leading e-commerce sites, tech companies and payment services providers such as Amazon, eBay, Dojo, Paysafe, Just Eat and Takepayments.

Description

·To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers

·Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections.

·Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.

·Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.

·Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.

Profile

·At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance ideally within Financial Services

·Happy to be in the office 3 days a week in London

·Can do attitude
