The Supply Register are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with NCG to service the recruitment needs of their 7-college campus'.

We are looking to engage with FE specialists around Skelmersdale who are able to provide Employabilty sessions at West Lancashire College.

As an Employability Tutor you will work closely with 16-19 year old learners to instill knowledge and confidence in them to enter the working world after their studies.

You will be responsible for fostering personal growth, development, and employability skills among a diverse student body and provide tailored sessions on CV writing, interview practice and confidence building.

You will also act as a personal tutor and work with a range of students from different subject areas to individually understand their desired career paths and explore their relevant job market.

We are looking for individuals with experience in delivering support across health, wellbeing, study skills, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and employability domains.

To be considered, you must hold appropriate educational or related qualifications and have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
