£35,000 - £55,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme

The Company:

We are working with an established Swansea broker is looking for an Account Executive to join their ranks.

With access to a wider group and fantastic benefits opportunities, this company with a vision is looking to establish itself in the South Wales market.

The Role:

As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be the development and winning of New Business. With leads and networking events provided, there will be an element of existing business to take over further into 2025.

With a range of Commercial product knowledge, you'll be responsible for nurturing relationships, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to the business's growth.

Requirements:

• Previous exposure in a Commercial Account Executive capacity is essential
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a portfolio of clients
• The ability to drive new business, and willingness to go out and network
• Strong IT and negotiation skills
