Commercial Account Handler
Location: Dudley
Salary: Up to £25,000 - £35,000 DOE

We are working with a national insurance broker who are looking for an Account Handler to join their Commercial team in their Dudley Office.

The Role:
The Account Handler is the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues as they arise and is expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties.
You will have the opportunity to provide office-based support to their assigned sales team in the day to day running of the client portfolio, from New Business, MTA and Renewal stages.
The Required Skills:
Previous experience in Commercial insurance is desired
Strong IT, Communication, Rapport building and negotiation skills and phone manner
A willingness to learn and ability to take initiative is essential
Cert CII is preferable however, support will be provided
