Job title: Commercial Account Handler
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Benefits

OVERVIEW
We are currently working with a leading global broker who due to expansion are looking for Commercial Account Handlers to join their expanding team in Leeds.
You will be responsible for managing commercial accounts and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong account handling skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and providing support
- Handle the renewal process for existing accounts, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain successful client relationships
- Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Prepare and present reports to clients regarding their account status and insurance options
- Assess client risk and insurance programs, suggest improvements, and implement changes as needed in collaboration with the Client Manager.
- Negotiate new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and coverage extensions.
- Work with insurers and support the broking team to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial account handling and a solid understanding of insurance products is preferred.
- Proven track record in customer service and managing client accounts.
- Experience in commercial account handling, preferably in insurance.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
SKILLS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
