Our client is a well established, highly reputable and successful firm of commercial insurance brokers. The are currently looking to expand their experience team to meet with their business demands. As an experienced Commercial Account Handler you will be offering a first class service to existing customers whilst ensuring longevity and building strong relationships. The role will involve providing quotations on all types of commercial insurance, placing cover when instructed, inviting and confirming renewals. Handling all mid-term adjustments and providing empathetic support when claims issues arise.
The jobholder will be working alongside the Commercial Manager to develop the Company book with the emphasis on retention and renewal.
This role will require suitable applicants to have matching experience over a minimum of 3 years. In order to be successful you should have a working knowledge of Commercial insurance covering Offices, shops, EL/PL as a minimum.
