What You’ll Do as a Commercial Account Handler:

• Relationship Management: Leverage your experience to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Account Handling: Take ownership of a varied portfolio, including new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and client queries, ensuring the highest level of service.
• Compliance Excellence: Use your in-depth knowledge of FCA regulations to ensure all processes and transactions meet compliance standards, safeguarding both clients and the business.
• Strategic Service: Provide consultative advice and proactive solutions, helping clients navigate the complexities of the commercial insurance landscape.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Account Executives to meet team objectives.

The Ideal Commercial Account Handler:

• You have extensive experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on SME accounts.
• You’re highly knowledgeable about insurance products, policies, and the nuances of commercial lines.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple client relationships and accounts.
• You’re proficient with insurance systems such as Acturis, Open GI, and Microsoft Office.
• You’re a proactive communicator with a proven track record in relationship management and client retention.
