Commercial Account Handler - Cheltenham, UKSalary: £24-28K + commission

We are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join a growing team in Cheltenham. Play a key role in managing a book of business, retaining clients, and servicing new business requests, all while ensuring FCA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, negotiate with insurers for the best cover
• Drive cross-selling and referrals
• Deliver top-notch customer service
• Suggest process improvements and efficiencies

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Account Handling or a similar customer service role
• Acturis (or similar) CRM experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passionate about excellent service and FCA compliance
• Cert CII (advantageous)
