We are seeking a talented and driven Commercial Accountant to join a national team and make a significant impact on the commercial performance, reporting directly into the CFO! You will be based in the Lincolnshire area (hybrid working model).�? What You’ll Do:

• Drive Performance: Analyse and challenge business performance and identifying opportunities.
• Strategic Planning: Get involved in strategic planning, forecasting, and target setting processes to help shape the future of the business.
• Insightful Reporting: Prepare accurate reports and provide insightful analysis for senior management using large data sets.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Running the budgeting and forecasting process, both profit and loss and cash flow.
• Supporting the team: Support the team with the monthly management accounts.

?? What We’re Looking For:

• Professional qualification or experience in a similar role within finance or accounting.
• Applications open to PQ/ Finalists, Fully Qualified/ QBE 
• Strong financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various management levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced in Excel
• French speaking is desirable
