Commercial Accountant - Henderson Scott : Job Details

Henderson Scott Finance and Accounting have partnered with a fast-growing company in Derby to recruit for a Commercial Accountant. Reporting to the CFO, this role requires a Qualified Accountant with a high level of commercial acumen and stakeholder management to join their tenured and experienced team. This is a hybrid role and flexible working is offered.

Expertise required in the role:

• Financial reporting including management accounts
• Supporting various finance projects
• Analysing, reviewing, and presenting data to senior management
• Gathering key financial information, document processes and daily performance tracking
• Review acquisition targets, conduct initial due diligence and assist with valuations
• Support smooth financial transition after acquisitions.

Your Profile:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Strong financial analysis, accounting, and data presentation skills
• Experience of commercial involvement role involving reviewing and analysing financial data
• Strong communication skills with senior management and various areas of the business

Salary:

• £55,000 - £70,000 plus up to 10% bonus offered
• Hybrid working (3 in office)
