Job Description :

Are you an experienced Administrator with an interest in the Construction Industry? Do you want to join a Business who invest in staff development?

The objective of this role is to provide essential support to our client's technical and skilled team, enhancing their efficiency in day-to-day operations. This is a full time, office based role.

As a Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide support to the Commercial and Project Management Teams
  • Offer general commercial and project administration support at our Warwick Office

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete subcontractor orders prepared by the commercial team.
  • Raise simple purchase orders
  • Input initial data for subcontractor comparisons
  • Check material invoices against delivery tickets and purchase orders.
  • Review agency timesheets, including allocation sheets, ensuring correctness.
  • Produce minutes for Design Team Meetings and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Assist in producing project Operation & Maintenance (O&M) information.
  • Gather required BREEAM information to support the BREEAM assessment.
  • Contribute to the compilation and production of monthly project reports.
  • Manage drawing registers.
  • Print and distribute drawings to consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Administer and coordinate our project document management and information system.
  • Source supporting information to complete variation claims.
  • Chase subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and necessary documentation.
  • Complete prestart meeting minutes and follow up on subsequent actions.
  • Source information to ensure compliance with the Considerate Contractor Scheme.

Ideally you will have/be:

  • Fully proficient with Microsoft Packages, especially Excel
  • Construction Industry experience
  • Ability to occasionally travel to sites
  • Attention to detail and comfortable with multitasking
