Commercial Administrator

  • Annual Salary: £26k
  • Location: Enfield
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday

Join the team as a Commercial Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the sustainability business. This position involves maintaining accurate customer and pricing data, administering customer ordering portals, and providing general administrative support to enhance our business processes and growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Set up new and amend existing customer records on the system.
  • Administer the sign-off process for customer bespoke orders.
  • Upload invoices to customer portals to ensure prompt payment.
  • Ensure orders received electronically are processed on time through the ERP.
  • Investigate customer credit requests and raise customer credits or returns.
  • Provide general support to the rest of the Commercial team as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Commercial Manager.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

  • Capable of monitoring and managing own time effectively, ensuring daily tasks are completed.
  • Awareness of Health & Safety procedures and the importance of complying with these.
  • Strong planning and organising skills, able to adapt to changes and use resources effectively.
