As a result of an increasing demand, my client is looking for an experienced and senior Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor/fee earnerto help to manage their busy property team.  Department and Team OverviewThey are looking for a qualified individual to join their department and work alongside their team of conveyancers.The Ideal Candidate:

• Will be a solicitor with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience or hold a similar qualification.
• Will have experience managing and progressing their own caseload, demonstrating the ability to be a 'self-producer'.
• Will possess the capability to lead and manage a team of conveyancers effectively.

SalaryThe salary will be in line with the mid to high range, based on current salary surveys, with the final amount depending on experience and qualifications.Additional Information

• This is a full-time, office-based role, working 5 days a week from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Holiday entitlement is 22 days per year, plus statutory bank holidays.
• They also offer a discretionary Christmas closure period, which does not affect your holiday entitlement.
