Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Commercial and Residential Property Legal Assistant. In this role your responsibility will be to manage and supervise a small team of Legal Administrators and support the Operations Manager in their team in Central Bristol.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and supervise the quality and completion of tasks
  • Support the Team Lead to develop talent within the team by identifying individual potential.
  • Support the Operations manager to develop talent within the team by identifying individual potential.
  • Support the Manager with the training and induction of new starters

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who is has legal commercial or residential property experience and is experienced in HMRC and Land Registry applications. They are also seeking Land Registry searches, Property searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT returns experience. You will also be confident with your transactional knowledge / property law / residential property work with a Commercial residential background. Post completion team work experience too.

You will be experienced in carrying out land registry requisitions and enjoy looking into issues and looking at more complex cases in-depth.

In addition to this they are seeking the following skills and experience:

  • Good IT skills
  • Supervisory experience ideally
  • Good communication skills

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The Salary:

Up to £32,000
