Brooke harrison recruitment are looking for a Commercial Applications Processor, based primarily at the company's Head Office in Nantwich, with the option to work from home one day per week after full training.
Key Details
- Starting Salary: Ranges depending on experience between £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:45 - 17:15
- Friday: 07:45 - 16:15
- Includes a 1-hour lunch break.
- Holiday Entitlement: 25 days, plus bank holidays.
- Location: Nantwich, with 1-day remote work per week post-training.
Role Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of applications, ensuring compliance and high standards. Tasks include:
Communication: - Answering phone calls, taking messages, and updating clients and introducers.
- Liaising with clients, lenders, introducers, valuers, and solicitors to ensure smooth case progression.
- Greeting visitors when required.
Application Processing: - Conducting ID&V and anti-money laundering checks.
- Submitting applications to lenders and managing lender responses.
- Drafting offer letters and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Financial Management: - Collecting/issuing payments (e.g., for valuers) and managing the ledger and cashflow in Excel.
- Completing cases, including final documentation, chasing fees, and updating records.
Event Representation: - Attending off-site events as a company representative.
Administrative Tasks: - General office duties shared among the team.
