Location: Yorkshire (hybrid working)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + up to 12.5% bonus Benefits: Excellent benefits package

The role of the Commercial Controller - Offsite Construction / Modular Buildings will involve:

• Commercial Controller position dealing with numerous modular accommodation rental projects
• Full responsibility for managing rental contracts from start to finish
• Approving subcontractor works orders for payment
• Manage application and certification process of projects
• Ensure that payments are paid on date and remain within margins
• Reconciliation of final accounts to be settled within two months of completion of the project
• Liaise with clients and management to update on project status
• Working on projects ranging in value from £6,000,000 - £10,000,000

The ideal applicant will be Commercial Controller - Offsite Construction / Modular Buildings with:

• Must have Commercial Controller, Junior Quantity Surveyor, or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor experience within the construction industry
• Ideally will have experience in the hire / rental market sector
• Ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings
• Relevant HND qualification/ Quantity surveyor degree or similar advantageous
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
