Responsibilities as Commercial Estimator include:

• Prepare cost budgets and estimates
• Maintain existing contracts and client communications
• Prepare client proposals
• Maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Prepare and submit financial documentation

What you need to bring:

• Proven experience in estimating within the hospitality, Kitchen and bar design and out fit sector
• Experience in selling
• Have a strong understanding of the estimating process
• Possess exceptional negotiation skills
