The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Commercial Executive to join our team, supporting the Senior Commercial Manager on our managed supply model for Starbucks.

This role is a fantastic platform to gain a deep understanding of the commercial world while playing a key part in our customer entanglement plan. You’ll work on product setup, forecasting, and other core commercial activities, but you’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of projects—proving yourself as a future business leader in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The role will be based mainly in Leicester but there will be customer & supplier visits at least 2 times per month with travel required to London.

• Ensure that we continue to exceed our customers expectations on managed supply and ensure any managed supply represents the standards Samworth Brothers work to for their customers.
• Develop and bridge the relationships between managed suppliers and our customers, ensuring that our customer has confidence in the solutions we are providing for them.
• To support the technical team with the investigation and closure of any quality complaints.
• To deliver a continuous improvement plan for all managed suppliers to optimise product quality & standard as well as cost improvements.
• To ensure that there is effective communication with our external customer on any quality / service issues as necessary.
• To ensure all products are developed to meet Samworth Brothers Brand Standards, and ensure all artwork and specifications are accurate to meet all stakeholders’ requirements.
