Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst

Location: Richmond, South West London

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and present findings to senior management.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to drive business performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide financial analysis for new projects, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of financial objectives.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

• Newly Qualified or studying towards an accountancy exam
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance or a related field, preferably within the software or technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
