Commercial Finance Analyst - Blackwaters : Job Details

We are recruiting a Commercial Finance Analyst for a PE-backed business based in Canvey Island. Offering £47k + bonus, this on-site role presents an excellent opportunity for growth, with potential to become Head of Finance within 24 months. Study support is provided, and the role is ideal for an active studier, finalist, or QBE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Provide detailed analysis and insights into business performance.
• Support the rollout of dashboard/reporting tools and enhance user understanding.
• Lead process improvements, particularly around reporting and forecasting models.
• Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to inform decision-making and optimise financial outcomes.

Requirements:

• CIMA/ACCA studier or QBE.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting platforms (PowerBi is a plus).
• Commercially astute, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
