Commercial Finance Analyst - Mackie Myers : Job Details

Our ClientA well-established PE-backed organisation within the education sector, committed to delivering quality education services across its network of schools globally and driving strategic, data-driven growth. The RoleAs a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will:

• Own the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for central cost functions.
• Partner with budget holders to produce accurate budgets and analyse key trends and variances.
• Work with suppliers to manage catering budgets and identify cost efficiencies.
• Support the Commercial Finance Manager in executive financial reporting.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of NSPB (NetSuite Planning & Budgeting) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, with skills in variance analysis and trend identification.
• A proactive approach, team-oriented attitude, and attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in commercial finance or financial analysis (2+ years).
• A desire to work toward ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications, with study support provided.
