Commercial Finance Analyst - Altum Consulting : Job Details

Altum Consulting are working with an rapidly growing commercial property business to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst role based in Central London. This role is a 12-month FTC. Applying candidates must be on a short notice period.

Commercial Finance Analyst role:

• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering with stakeholders
• Liaising with budget owners
• Variance analysis
• Data and ad hoc analysis
• Data improvements in finance system
• Continuous process improvement

As a Commercial Finance Analyst you'll be/have:

• Actively studying towards an Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.)
• Experience in a Finance Analyst role
• Previous experience in property is ideal
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset
• Confident with excellent communication skills
• Available on a short notice period
