An opportunity to be a Commercial Finance Analyst for a service business in Solihull. It’s a well-regarded business with a fun and friendly team and great reputation. This role will help drive decision-making for the wider group.

Main Duties:

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, your main duties include:

• Assisting the FP&A Manager
• Liaising with key areas of the business to understand and overcome inefficiencies
• Delivery of forecasting and budgeting activity
• Accruals & Prepayments
• Journals and reconciliations
• Cashflow forecasting and Payment runs
• Preparation of management accounts

Location / Office / Culture

This role is based between Redditch and Solihull, with three days a week in the office and two at home. The company operate from a modern office consisting of a strong finance team of 80. The business is very flexible in its working patterns.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a high growth environment
• AAT qualifications, with a desire to study ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• High attention to detail
• An ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software
