This high-impact role partners with the CEO, CFO, and divisional Managing Directors to drive business strategy, deliver financial performance, and provide actionable insights that influence critical decision-making.

The Role:

As Commercial Finance Director, you will:

• Take ownership of financial targets, identifying risks and opportunities to deliver results.
• Partner with senior leaders, providing insightful analysis to guide performance improvement and operational excellence.
• Oversee the annual budget, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Deliver clear, data-driven financial reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics and trends.
• Evaluate business investment opportunities to align with strategic objectives.
• Lead a small team of Finance Business Partners, inspiring and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
• Act as a key influencer and trusted advisor on commercial and operational decisions.
