Commercial Finance Manager | Leisure/Hospitality | London/Hybrid | £80,000 - £90,000 + package

My client, a major player in the leisure and hospitality sector, is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to drive financial performance and strategy as the business undergoes significant change and transformation.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in analysing financial outcomes, supporting commercial decision-making, and maximising profitability. You’ll work closely with the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the commercial finance lead, providing insightful analysis and strategic financial guidance for major initiatives and product launches
• Partner with program managers and operational leaders to understand business drivers and evaluate performance, recommending improvements to optimise profitability
• Develop and deliver management information and financial reports that support data-driven decisions
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities and mitigating financial risks
• Support pricing strategy and scenario planning to enhance competitive positioning and revenue generation

Required Experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Proven experience in a commercial finance role, ideally within hospitality, travel, or consumer services sectors
• Strong business acumen with advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience managing multi-currency products is highly desirable
