Commercial Finance Manager - Henderson Scott : Job Details

Search are excited to be partnering with a fast growing business who are on the lookout for a high calibre and technically astute Commercial Finance Manager to join their client in Nottingham.

This opportunity will open doors for an ambitious professional who is looking for progressive growth and drive change as a Finance Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the finances of interesting, large projects across the portfolio.

The key areas of expertise will be required around overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while driving process improvements. This opportunity will require interaction with various stakeholders, lenders, shareholders, and external client's to maintain financial excellence and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key areas of experience required:

• Preparing and presenting management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Overseeing purchase/sales ledgers, loan schedules, and reconciliations.
• Liaising with auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance and efficient processes.
• Leading financial reporting at quarterly project board meetings.
• Managing financial and operating models while driving process improvements.

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Minimum 18 months PQE within industry
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Commercially minded and ideas for business growth
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

On Offer:

• Salary of £50,000 to £55,000 plus up to 20% bonus
• Hybrid working after probation period
• Progression within the role and company
