Description

• Oversee and manage the financial planning and budget management functions.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.
• Manage the preparation of all financial reports.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning.
• Develop, implement, and manage the financial systems and processes.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.
• Engage with the finance committee of the board of directors to develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans and projections.

Profile

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Excellent proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
