Commercial Gas Engineer

Salary Range: £50,000 OTE

Location: Winchester

My client are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to join their team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and functionality of gas systems within our client’s properties. Day to Day of the Role:

Conduct routine commercial servicing and maintenance of gas appliances and systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Respond to gas breakdowns and emergencies, diagnose faults, and provide effective solutions.

Carry out repairs, minor works, and attend breakdowns.

Liaise with residents and clients regarding works being undertaken.

Stay up to date with all gas safety legislation and codes of practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Competence in Commercial and Domestic Gas with relevant certifications (CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, TPCP1/A, ICPN1, CDGA1, CIGA).

Commercial catering assessments, Unvented hot water, and Water regulations qualifications would be an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with experience in Commercial Sites and the Social Housing sector.

Direct experience working with residents and clients.

A clean UK driving license and DBS check will be required.

Computer and IT literate, with experience using PDAs or similar devices.
